Grapefruit Julius
2 Servings (Roughly 1 cup/person)
If you like grapefruit, then you'll absolutely fall in love with this drink!
It is so refreshing, healthy, and has an amazing taste you won't forget!!!!
Ingredients:
1 whole grapefruit
1/4 cup milk(I use almond milk)
2+ tablespoons sweetener(I use honey)
1 cup of cold water
Tip: If you add more milk, than you will have less of a strong grapefruit taste. It will have a more mellow grapefruit taste and a stronger milky/creamy taste. I personally prefer having a stronger grapefruit taste, because it adds quite a lot of taste to your drink, so I only add a small amount of almond milk while adding more water than milk so the grapefruit taste stands out.
Directions:
Cut the grapefruit in half.
Remove seeds from the grapefruit.
Use a knife to cut the grapefruit into smaller sections.
Tear out the flesh with your hands or use a knife to cut each piece out.
Place pink flesh and its juice into a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients, so the creamer(milk), the sweetener, and cold water!
Blend up the ingredients.
Serve in drinking cups!

Side note: The first time I made this, I put a couple chunks of apple into it, and it tasted really good. So don't be shy in adding other ingredients to your grapefruit julius!
